Future Caucus is a national, nonpartisan network of 1,900+ young lawmakers across 36 states dedicated to bipartisan collaboration. Since 2021, we have served as their primary storytelling partner, helping elevate their narrative as the organization has experienced rapid growth. During this time, Future Caucus’s budgets, staff, and participant base have skyrocketed, reflecting a movement gaining real momentum. Our work captures one piece of that expansion, documenting the growth and mission of a network reshaping how governance works in a divided era.

Goal

Document the urgent need for bipartisan leadership through the organization’s flagship events. By capturing the human connections and honest dialogue at the Future Summit and Rising Star Awards, we used immersive visuals to highlight hope and collaboration. Our goal was to show that a better future is possible when leaders choose to work together.

Approach

Rising Star Awards

We delivered intimate coverage of the annual ceremony honoring changemakers committed to bridge-building. Through the main event and behind-the-scenes moments, our storytelling highlighted the values shaping the next generation of governance.

Future Summit

We captured the energy of the summit and the movement’s national growth. On-the-ground production emphasized the bipartisan relationships at the heart of collaborative leadership.

Innovation Fellowship

We produced an impact film for the Innovation Lab, filming in D.C. and Arkansas to showcase real-world outcomes. The film connects audiences to the mission by spotlighting young lawmakers developing innovative solutions across political divides.

Results

Expanded storytelling capacity: United young lawmakers through candid testimonials, reinforcing Future Caucus as a trusted bipartisan learning space.

Strengthened digital presence: Produced Brand Anthem videos and 50+ Young Lawmakers Storybank videos, building a robust library that showcases effective governance in action.
Amplified cross partisan dialogue: Launched the Lawmaker on Lawmaker series, featuring Gen Z and millennial legislators in cross partisan conversations that drove strong engagement across social platforms.
Supported donor funding and policy impact: Delivered impact films, including the Innovation Fellowship video highlighting a bipartisan maternal health bill that expanded Medicaid access, secured $45.3 million in funding, and improved outcomes in rural communities.
